How to Go Farther in Pogo For Animals: Jump Power & Pogo Sticks
Reach farther along the track in Pogo For Animals by upgrading Jump Power, unlocking better Pogo Sticks, and funding both with Cash from Animals you return to your Pen.
To reach farther along the track in Pogo For Animals, upgrade your Jump Power and unlock a better Pogo Stick. Those are the two upgrades the game itself points to for going "even further," and both are bought with Cash you earn through normal play.
The two upgrades that extend your reach
- Jump Power makes each bounce stronger, so the same jump carries you higher and farther than before.
- Better Pogo Sticks push your travel distance up too — the progression is built so the more you grow, the farther you can aim.
Neither upgrade replaces the other, so put Cash into both as you go. For the stick side, see how to unlock pogo sticks and browse the pogo sticks list; for the stat itself, our Jump Power guide has the details.
Earn the Cash that pays for it all
Cash comes from collecting Animals out on the map and bringing them back to your Pen. That makes the distance loop self-funding: bounce as far as you can manage, grab Animals along the way, return them to the Pen, then spend the Cash on more Jump Power or a better stick — which carries you to farther spots with more Animals to grab.
Our guides on how to get Cash and how to get Animals cover each half of that loop, and the beginner guide ties it together. It's also worth a quick look at the codes page before a long grind.
Don't fall off the track
The game's own warning — "Don’t fall off the track!" — is the other half of going farther. Aiming for more distant places while staying on the course is the athletic skill part of Pogo For Animals: staying on the track is your forward progress. If a far section keeps dumping you off, our track guide covers the course in more detail.
When a gap keeps beating you
If you fail the same platform gap over and over no matter how you time it, the section is usually too far for your current jump — not a sign you're playing it wrong. In one recorded session, a player repeatedly failed a gap, decided they needed "a bit more jump," and only after banking more Cash and upgrading did they head toward the next area (Hydra Jungle in that run). The exact amounts were specific to that session, not fixed thresholds, but the pattern is the practical takeaway: when a gap refuses you, go collect Animals, upgrade, and come back stronger.
